bibingkang pinipig Ingredients:

4 cups pinipig

2 cups coconut milk

1 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup coconut cream

1/2 cup sugar

Procedure:

  1. Boil coconut milk, add the pinipig and salt. Cook until dry.
  2. Transfer into the banane leaf line baking dish.
  3. Pour over coconut cream and sugar.
  4. Bake in 350 degreed Fahrenheit until golden crust is formed. Serve hot.
