½ kilong giniling na baboy, puro laman at walang taba ng baboy (gilinging ng 2 beses)

lechon de leche Mga sangkap:

1 buong biik na baboy (mga 10 – 15 kilo)

1 tasang asin

5 sibuyas, hiniwa sa dalawa

½ kilong dahon ng pandan

3 lata ng gatas na evaporada

Paraan:

Ang pagluto ng lechon ay para lamang sa may tiyaga. Ito ay matagal gawin ngunit tiyak na masarap. Lechon pinakasikat na handa tuwing may pista. Kaya nga’t ito ang ating pambansang ulam.
